Could the Ohio Democratic Party Just Allocate Ohio Delegates Based... [View all]

...average of polls as of the primary election date? If the concern is that an election would expose people to the virus, and if the Bernie campaign has expressed this concern, wouldn't this be a fair way of addressing this risk? Just use the same polls that form the basis of determining eligibility for the debates.
