Democratic lawmakers are proposing a pay raise for teachers, and they plan to pay for it by eliminating a tax cut for the top 1 percent of earners.

Bernie didn't originate, nor does he own, or soley hold the concept of taxing the rich. Why do you think that he caucuses with Democrats, as you like to point out, and uses Democratic party resources when he runs for POTUS.... We are the party of the people, not Wall Street.
