I told my dad years ago that if when he gets older and is his jealth is too much to handle that I would buy him a one way ticket to Holland and he agreed. He ended up dying in his sleep 1 1/2 years ago, completely out of the blue and in great shape. We think maybe a blood clot was the reason, who knows. That is the only silver lining about him dying....at least he didn't suffer. He always was jealous of people who died that way.
