17. Just a plain ol' Buddhist

Nothing special. I practice mindfulness, mainly because I'm really bad at it. I partake in no rituals nor do I subscribe to any specific school or devotion. I just do, and in all things I endeavor to see past the illusion. My Buddhism tends to compliment my martial arts practice, my yoga, my strength training and the way I live my life in general. My Buddhism helps to fight my inner demons. Nothing special.
