7. There's an old joke about a man who asks a woman if she'd have sex with him for a million dollars.

She says, "Sure."

Then he asks, "Would you have sex with me for twenty dollars?"

She gets offended and says, "What? You think I'm a hooker?"

He says, "We've already established that. Now we're just negotiating a price."

The point here is the religious right established exactly who they were by their unwavering support of Trump. They've crossed some sort of event horizon of depravity -- nothing they do can be a surprise anymore.
