It has a Law Office Study Program, sort of like the old apprenticeship/reading for the bar programs. Thought I remembered hearing about that because I lived there for so long:

Other states may have something similar, but I'm not sure either.

The Comments on the article I linked were...entertaining. My favorite was the guy who volunteered "an army of 10.000 armed patriots" to guard the Holy Sign and make sure nobody took it down.

I just wish the patriots would push that a little farther and start a real armed revolt. Can't think of many things funnier than 10,000 grit-stuffed goobers waddling into battle with the real U.S. military.
