Some of those refugees were forced out of their homes by ISIS and were victims of their atrocities. They will want payback and can be tremendous assets in helping fight them.

Or we could just send out a bunch of tall muscular American "operators" speaking pidgin Arabic to infiltrate ISIS. That'll probably work.
