stuff is considered accurate though....

Isis wasn't a virgin she was married to Osiris who was chopped into 14 pieces and Isis put him back together, although she couldn't find his penis so she made him a golden penis and then consummated her relationship with her Frankenstein creation and Horus was the result...not quite the same as an immaculate conception...also the 12 disciples was more like 16 guys and some blacksmiths that were more of an entourage...it all sort of depends on which Horus experts you read...

In the end for me the most amazing similarity is that two equally incredible origination stories were accepted by the masses as reality, it sort of speaks to the overall lack of analytical skepticism that one would hope to be inherent in human nature.
