Captain James Feelings is bugging me. He's not wearing a Captain's uniform, he's dressed as a US Navy enlisted man - the Navy's working class, not the Bossing Class, as officers are.
He also appears to have a rabid albino wombat chewing off his chin, but I'll ignore that.
Of course, Capt. Feelings could be captain of his very own yacht, in which case he's under-privileged and can dress however the hell he wants.
For reference, a photo of a real US Navy Captain is posted below. That's Capt. Owen Honors, who got in trouble a few years ago when he was Executive Officer of the USS Enterprise. Honors was accused of making raunchy YouTube-type videos and broadcasting them aboard the ship.
Which reminds me of a Harry Truman comment: "I didn't fire Gen. MacArthur because he was a dumb son-of-a-bitch, I fired him for disobeying orders. If I fired all the dumb sons-of-bitches in the Army, I wouldn't have any Generals left."
