19. The entries require hyphens and slashes

It took a few times, and finally by entering the hyphens in the SSN field, and dashes on the dob the info was accepted.

The site informed me that my banking information was needed - on 2018 form 1040 it is line 20b, c, and d

it was correct on my 1040 and I had overpaid in 2018; why they didn't have it makes no sense
