Yet folks like you and Rachel Maddow are still puking it out. The teflon wasn't added to increase lethality -- it was used to reduce barrel fouling. Full metal jackets were replaced by hollow points to reduce over-penetration -- and are pretty much only used by shooters because they're less expensive for range practice that hollowpoints......which are kept for self-defense.

full metal jackets, teflon "cop killers" and stuff that is given to the militaries, but you knew that.
