At 46 you no longer qualify for the "militia" so I assume then they'd want to collect your firearms on your 46th Bday.

A little side note 4 or 5 years back we had a poster or 10 that didn't think "older" people should be allowed to own self defense safety devices and were big on age discrimination when it come to firearms. Kind of like they're huge regressives on the 2A in most all cases.
