If there's one thing I know it's this: no proud gun owner WILL EVER admit that guns are any part of the problem. No matter what.

False, and you know it. The problem is that it's a tautology: Without guns, no one could be shot. That by itself is not sufficient justification to outlaw private ownership of guns when we allow private ownership of many dangerous objects and substances, accepting the consequences of their misuse as "the price of freedom." Somehow you feel that we should not do this with guns, "Because gunz!"
