...to whatever pungency you like. Just add a little water. Or buy a tube of wasabi and blend it with the lame mustard to taste. The wasabi sold in grocery stores is essentially horseradish powder colored green. Horseradish powder is what makes hot Chinese mustard light up your sinuses.
