Sheet pan dinner with miso-honey glazed salmon and shrimp. Baby bok choy, broccoli, carrots, chopped green onion over the top. The miso glaze has gochujang paste in it. I love gochujang. ❤️
Side dish is spaghetti with basil pesto.
Pomegranate kombucha.
Earl Grey tea and strawberries with vanilla pudding for dessert.

(22,767 posts)with some broccoli with lemon and butter. I just put a couple of frozen pork egg rolls and at the half-way-turn-over point, I'll put in some frozen cream cheese wontons with sweet and sour sauce and hot-clear-your-sinuses mustard.
Which reminds me. I really like the hot Chinese mustard from the take-out places, but the last time I tried to buy hot Chinese mustard at the store, it was pretty lame. What brand does everyone else who enjoys it buy?
ETA: the brand I bought that was lame was Ty Ling.

The wasabi sold in grocery stores is essentially horseradish powder colored green. Horseradish powder is what makes hot Chinese mustard light up your sinuses.

(22,767 posts)Checked all the grocery stores. I'd have to go farther up into town to an Asian market. I do, however, love horseradish and have a jar in the fridge. I've tried mixing it with spicy brown mustard before, but still wasn't right. I've also tried to make a recipe I found online, but also still not right.

(36,363 posts)We ate early for us tonight. Ms K was hungry after we spent a couple hours cleaning out our camper this afternoon. The bean soup really is good. I made a huge pot of it a couple days ago, so several meals worth will go into the freezer later.
