8. leftover ham and bean soup with rolls and a tomato, onion, and cucumber salad

We ate early for us tonight. Ms K was hungry after we spent a couple hours cleaning out our camper this afternoon. The bean soup really is good. I made a huge pot of it a couple days ago, so several meals worth will go into the freezer later.
