5. Crab cakes

Homemade crab cakes pan-fried. They’re made of fresh crab meat, Italian flavored bread crumbs, minced onion, beaten eggs and a dollop of mayonnaise. Served open-face on half of a Kaiser roll over Romaine lettuce with tomato slices. Lemon, tartar sauce, cocktail sauce and Old Bay hot sauce on the side.

Cape Cod Dark Russet potato chips and iced tea.

Cookies and a movie for dessert.
