I am now 62. I lost 15 lbs, gained a lot of energy, improved my borderline diabetes, have kept cholesterol in check. I also exercise regularly and that's how i stay young!

The first book i read was Neal Barnard's. Then Fuhrman, Ornish, McDougall, etc. The China Study, Whitewashed, and Healthy at 100.

It's a good life.
