2. I've been on it for over a week. I've lost 3 lbs. I find that fast days get easier. I'm doing the

every other day routine. I find that on the feast days I pay attention to what I eat. I eat as Michael Pollan suggests: "eat food, not too much, mostly plants." Yesterday I made cauliflower soup and bean burritos. Today it will be a peanut butter on whole wheat, and Asparagus Milanese. It will be around 600 cals, but I am going to be burning a lot of cals today on my photo walk.
