No the key word is temperature less than 1000C, thus no melted steel. The key to intergranular melting is the eutectic, which you might not understand, it is chemical engineering. Did you take chemical engineering. If you understand eutectic, you would know there was no melted steel. But most 911 truth followers see "melting", ignore the 1000C and less temperatures, and they are convinced the lie of melted steel made up by failed experts in 911 truth is the truth. Failing to check or gain understanding of chemical engineering, they fall for the fantasy due to lack of knowledge, lack of comprehension of what the paper means.
