...they look just a bit uncomfortable.
Of course, there have been plenty of "sexy" footwear styles for women which didn't/don't involve high heels, but for some reason, high heels are the standard bearer.
I don't get it personally. Of course, feet really aren't my thing.

I think they do make women look sexier, but I encourage women not to wear them all the same.
