(2,897 posts)This is how Sanders wants to go out. He has become a shining beacon of progressive entitlement. He feels entitled to the presidency, not because he earn it, but because he decided a year ago that he wanted. When people of color and women decided that Sanders was not nearly as ready or qualified to be president or the democratic nominee as Hillary Clinton, Sanders and his surrogates decided to cast doubts on the process, dismiss their votes (old south and "we are the future" etc.), and ultimately, try to steal their votes by way of super delegates. I am beyond sick of this man and I hope the President speaks on behalf of Hillary Clinton, a woman so qualified for the job that it is frankly insulting that we even lump her in with Senator B. Speeches, when she rightfully becomes the presumptive nominee on June 7th, 2016 at 8:10pm. It is time to return to reality and stop peddling this fantasy that Donald Trump doesn't exist or that Bernie Sanders deserves a place on the ballot instead of or even alongside Hillary Clinton.
