I hear you and I am so sorry that this site has killed your spirit. Don't let the bullies get to you. Please don't, they are not worth it, but you are. 
Yes, Hillary will definitely get trashed here. It's already happening. Well surprise surprise she is a woman after all and women are respected here the same way Obama is. However there is a great core of people here, they are why I stay. I'll tell you this, we are somedays able to shout them down. Not always, yet we have a voice that is getting stronger everyday.
You may well want to check the responses to you from your post the other day. I wrote Cha and freshwest to let them know you stopped by. They responded to you there.
At least you have the BOG still, stop in once in awhile you are missed here.
