12. I had this trouble with verizon dsl through my dedicated land line.

I suggest calling repair every time it happens to document the issue on Verizon's side. Tell them you want a credit for the issue. They'll tell you to call billing, do it and get your $1.00.

When you hit a threshold of about 5 calls and credits they'll have real technicians work on the problem and fix it for you. Ask them to have the tech call you and save his number when he does. They're a wealth of information.

IMO, it has something to do with refreshing the DNS? combined with a weak or worn part of the wire on their side.

another tip is turn on wifi list and look for XFINITY wifi. Try to logon and they'll give you a free Sunlei May 2017 #13
