5. Just think that expansion was free for three years. Then in 2017, the state would only need to come

up with 10% of the cost. Over three years many people could get in much better health. Then in 2017 those same people would not have to see the doctor as much and could get their medicines prescribed on a follow up type of care.

Why do Republicans hate the poor, women and children so much? I guess it is in the Bible that way!
