up with 10% of the cost. Over three years many people could get in much better health. Then in 2017 those same people would not have to see the doctor as much and could get their medicines prescribed on a follow up type of care.

Why do Republicans hate the poor, women and children so much? I guess it is in the Bible that way!

Texas has said No to Medicaid Expansion for too long according to CMS. DhhD Apr 2016 #4
