(4,695 posts)up with 10% of the cost. Over three years many people could get in much better health. Then in 2017 those same people would not have to see the doctor as much and could get their medicines prescribed on a follow up type of care.
Why do Republicans hate the poor, women and children so much? I guess it is in the Bible that way!

Texas' five-year Medicaid waiver is on track to end in September 2016. Under the waiver, the state draws $4 billion a year that's combined with state matching funds and split into two poolsone for uncompensated care and another (known as the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment, or DSRIP, program) to encourage providers to increase the quality and cost effectiveness of care by creating innovative programs.
