Many in my family (extended and otherwise) live in the tri-state area (NY-NJ-CT) surrounding NYC and in the Hudson Valley.

I myself live in New Rochelle, one of the "hot spots" in that region. Things started rather early for us there, but one of the first cases that started the outbreak is recovering. (hence the boldface hashtag)

These days, while I "hunker in the bunker", I watch the press conferences of Gov. Andrew Cuomo and then my county executive's. They, along with my mayor and city council are doing a fine job, certainly a lot better than the federal level is.

Again, my thanks, and my thoughts are also with you, wherever you are.
