5. All I know is my business insurance has forced higher deductibles on us.

If the job is with in 1 mile of dc our deductible is 5k for theft, per occurrence. Outside that one mile its 2.5k and once per policy, and the premium is about 50% higher if in DC proper.

Its getting ridiculous and pricey.

edit we are an electrical contractor.
