24. Guiffre's 2015 testimony against Maxwell in her civil case mentioned in the OP has long been publicly available

In fact it's pretty accurate to say that the entire "Epstein as trafficker to the rich and famous" stemmed from THIS testimony, in her 2015 civil case against Maxwell. The docs from this case (including this deposition, but *less* redacted) were unsealed and released to media less than 24 hours before Epstein killed himself, and that's the day the conspiracy theory about the "pedo cabal" exploded on the scene.

Thus, it's particularly shitty of Pam in the present sense to release a more-redacted version, to the point it's almost performative, like look everyone we're putting this out, but it's not even news (the name of Dubin is also not news), and we can just leave shit out that everyone already knows is there. It's just giant a "fuck y'all" IMHO.

Disclaimer: The point that I will be getting at with what follows in my missive here is that the totality of those facts are such that I'm unconvinced her accounting on Democratic senators George Mitchell (another redacted name) or Bill Richardson (mentioned in the OP) was accurate, please don't read this as my getting after the late Ms. Guiffre, who cannot be expected to exhibit perfect recollections of such traumatic events, 12 to 14 years prior.

One thing I've long noted is that zero people on her 2015 list were known as conservatives, and in this same testimony, in Maxwell's lawyers cross-examination, VG completely absolved Trump of any wrong doing (to her knowledge), on the record, after having previously been reported as saying Trump had been around Epstein's estates at the same time she was, flirting with the girls and women there.

So, in 2015, Maxwell's lawyers basically did Trump a solid and led Guiffre to recant her earlier reported statements about Trump's presence around Epstein and herself. In a suit that was supposed to be about Maxwell. Then this year she was transferred to her cushy new prison digs. Not sure that's a coincidence

Another thing of interest is that at least some people who "helped her remember who these men are" were reporters from the UK Daily Mail*, and there's evidence she was coached by one to name Dershowitz specifically (at that time he was not associated with conservatism/Trump), which he presented in his defense against her claims she had sex with him 6 different times, along with a number of other factual inconsistencies in Guiffre's various accounts and testimonies of events.

She later stipulated she didn't "know the men" other than Andrew, so some were picked from a photo book of known Epstein associates, and she eventually conceded she may have misidentified Dershowitz when they dropped their defamation suits against each other in 2022, with no money changing hands.
