The document is a trancript of a videotaped deposition from Virginia Roberts Giuffre. All of the Ansers under A: here were given by Virginia Giuffre.

numbers are on the bottom of the page. In that first
full paragraph in the third line down it says, Epstein
required Jane Doe #3 to have sexual relations with
Dershowitz on numerous occasions when she was a minor?
MR. SCAROLA: It is a minor discrepancy,
but I think you read it as when she was a minor
and it's while she was a minor.

Q. While she was a minor. Do you see where

A. Yes.

see the paragraph that's starts, Epstein also trafficked?

A. There is another individual that I honestly

he did speak foreign tongue, he spoke English as well,
but I'm not too sure where he was from.

the people you've already named for me today, were you
sexually trafficked to anyone else during your period
between 1999 and 2002?
A. Yes.

A. Alan Dershowitz, [Redacted], the obvious
people that I've already stated. [Redacted],
Jeffrey Epstein obviously, Ghislaine Maxwell, you know,
there's people that I just -- I honestly can't think of
everybody right now. I do feel like I am under a lot of
pressure to answer the questions and I'm doing the best
that I can honestly.
Q. Were you sexually trafficked to
[Redacted]?
A. Yes.

There's a lot more here and I cut out the crosstalk between the lawyers and judge. But in the portion I posted, Virginia Giuffre explicitly named Alan Dershowitz, Prince Andrew and Glen Dubin as men she was trafficked to. None odf their names were redacted. But she named a bunch of other men whose names were redacted. Her accusations against Dershowitz and Prince Andrew were certainly already known t the public, I'm not sure about Dubin. I'm guessing that is why they were not redacted. I assume all the redacted names have not previously been named in public, but the law explicitly says "No record shall be withheld, delayed, or redacted on the basis of embarrassment, reputational harm, or political sensitivity" so there should be no justification for redacting those names. I believe those to be illegal redactions.

I found a version of this deposition released in 2024. It still has redactions, but far fewer than what the DOJ released today. Othe names NOT redacted initially but redacted now include Bill Richardson, Jean Brunel, Marvin Minsky & Tom Pritzker and possibly more.

At least some of this deposition was released before. This article from January 2024 talks about the section where Virginia Giuffre was questioned about wearing lingerie for this specific person. In the files just released, this persons name was redacted. But in 2024, it was this person's name was released and it was Les Wexner.

The documents from the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, tied to a Jan. 16, 2016, deposition of Virginia Roberts Giuffre, show quotes where she directly names L Brands creator Leslie Wexner as one of the “powerful business executives” she was sexually trafficked to.
During direct questioning by attorney Mary Borja, Giuffre confirmed she had sex with Wexner more than three times, but not more than 10. She also described an instance where Epstein’s co-conspirator, Ghislaine Maxwell, arranged for Giuffre to wear specific outfits for Wexner.
Additionally, Giuffre described a specific incident in New Mexico where the billionaire was also involved with Sarah Kellen, a member of Epstein’s inner circle who has also described herself as one of Epstein’s victims.
“How do you know that she had sex with Les Wexner?” Borja asked.
“I was there,” Giuffre replied.
“How many times did you and Les Wexner and Sarah Kellen have sex together?” Borja asked.
“Once that I remember,” Giuffre said.

In fact it's pretty accurate to say that the entire "Epstein as trafficker to the rich and famous" stemmed from THIS testimony, in her 2015 civil case against Maxwell. The docs from this case (including this deposition, but *less* redacted) were unsealed and released to media less than 24 hours before Epstein killed himself, and that's the day the conspiracy theory about the "pedo cabal" exploded on the scene.
Thus, it's particularly shitty of Pam in the present sense to release a more-redacted version, to the point it's almost performative, like look everyone we're putting this out, but it's not even news (the name of Dubin is also not news), and we can just leave shit out that everyone already knows is there. It's just giant a "fuck y'all" IMHO.
Disclaimer: The point that I will be getting at with what follows in my missive here is that the totality of those facts are such that I'm unconvinced her accounting on Democratic senators George Mitchell (another redacted name) or Bill Richardson (mentioned in the OP) was accurate, please don't read this as my getting after the late Ms. Guiffre, who cannot be expected to exhibit perfect recollections of such traumatic events, 12 to 14 years prior.
One thing I've long noted is that zero people on her 2015 list were known as conservatives, and in this same testimony, in Maxwell's lawyers cross-examination, VG completely absolved Trump of any wrong doing (to her knowledge), on the record, after having previously been reported as saying Trump had been around Epstein's estates at the same time she was, flirting with the girls and women there.
So, in 2015, Maxwell's lawyers basically did Trump a solid and led Guiffre to recant her earlier reported statements about Trump's presence around Epstein and herself. In a suit that was supposed to be about Maxwell. Then this year she was transferred to her cushy new prison digs. Not sure that's a coincidence 
Another thing of interest is that at least some people who "helped her remember who these men are" were reporters from the UK Daily Mail*, and there's evidence she was coached by one to name Dershowitz specifically (at that time he was not associated with conservatism/Trump), which he presented in his defense against her claims she had sex with him 6 different times, along with a number of other factual inconsistencies in Guiffre's various accounts and testimonies of events.
She later stipulated she didn't "know the men" other than Andrew, so some were picked from a photo book of known Epstein associates, and she eventually conceded she may have misidentified Dershowitz when they dropped their defamation suits against each other in 2022, with no money changing hands.
The top section looks a lot like what she said against Maxwell in 2015 but I don't have it entirely memorized or anything (just the NAMES).
