11. This happened when our building went from tenants to mostly short term rentals aka airbnb

The city had closed down a bunch of birth tourism hotels years earlier and it looks like the "tourists" were finding their way back by booking multiple units in apartment buildings and probably houses too, I would imagine.

I haven't seen it happen again since then. They may be using some other location now.
