The Chinese Billionaires Having Dozens of U.S.-Born Babies Via Surrogate

Videogame executive Xu Bo, said to have more than 100 children, and other elites build mega-families, testing citizenship laws and drawing on nannies, IVF and legal firms set up to help them

Clerks working for family court Judge Amy Pellman were reviewing routine surrogacy petitions when they spotted an unusual pattern: the same name, again and again.

A Chinese billionaire was seeking parental rights to at least four unborn children, and the court’s additional research showed that he had already fathered or was in the process of fathering at least eight more—all through surrogates.

When Pellman called Xu Bo in for a confidential hearing in the summer of 2023, he never entered the courtroom, according to people who attended the hearing. The maker of fantasy videogames lived in China and appeared via video, speaking through an interpreter. He said he hoped to have 20 or so U.S.-born children through surrogacy—boys, because they’re superior to girls—to one day take over his business.

Several of his kids were being raised by nannies in nearby Irvine as they awaited paperwork to travel to China. He hadn’t yet met them, he told the judge, because work had been busy.

5. Let's not forget the pregnant Russian women housed in Florida condos until they gave birth in the US

Their babies end up with dual citizenship, US passports, and then were taken back to Russia to be raised & educated. Spies in the making? Good chance.

And Trump made some $$ on the sale/leases of those condos to the Russian oligarchs behind the operation.

Several pregnant women over the course of 2 years. One family; a pregnant mother, father and small child didn't watch as their kid was climbing on the second balcony railing, my neighbor went and had a talk with them. Then another neighbor saw the child playing near the edge of the pool unsupervised soon after that happened. They got kicked out.

After the women had their babies, poof! they left.

And remember how Trump attacked and ruined career of FBI investigator Peter Strzok?

Strzok worked in FBI counter intel. IOW, he investigated Russian spying. He was instrumental in busting then Russian spy boss Putin's spy ring of fake Canadians working in the US. Think of the TV show 'The Americans', that was what Peter Strzok busted up. And that's why Trump took him out of counter intel, for Daddy Putin very early back in Trump 1.0

Trump is the POTUS with a 'FOR HIRE' sign around his neck.

edited for typo

The city had closed down a bunch of birth tourism hotels years earlier and it looks like the "tourists" were finding their way back by booking multiple units in apartment buildings and probably houses too, I would imagine.

I haven't seen it happen again since then. They may be using some other location now.

billionaires building their own citizenry. But that's ok because they are billionaires and the US SC six justices approve.

Hey, guys, you are not paying attention to the actual roots of your problems. Get educated and get a clue. It's the billionaires you need to worry about, not your neighbors of a different faith or ethnic heritage. Stop listening to the propaganda the billionaires pour over you and actually notice who profits from your diminished status in society.

6. "Can anyone stop him? Just because he has wealth, does that mean he can raise children like livestock?"

For example, he required employees to give him “gratitude red envelopes” after one year of employment. Those who refused had to write self-criticisms.

He also encouraged workers to “voluntarily take a 10 per cent pay cut” and demanded they express gratitude for the opportunity.

Employees who resigned were required to reimburse the company cafeteria at a rate of 30 yuan (US$4) per meal.

The story has shocked and outraged China’s online community.

One person wrote: “Can anyone stop him? Just because he has wealth, does that mean he can raise children like livestock? Children are living beings, not bugs. Is he running some kind of human breeding experiment?”
