6. A Way to Counter Deep Fake Videos?

I reported a fake Rick Wilson video on You Tube but it's true it is like whack-a-mole now so reporting won't work in the long run as more platforms spit this content out. I'm not very tech savvy but could there be a way to "watermark" genuine content from providers with a uniquely moving stamp or code along with their presentations that would authenticate them? It would be something not able to be easily replicated by the fakers, perhaps changed frequently. Am I wrong about the technical feasibility of such a thing?
