5. Fraud Doesn't Stop at Wall Street

Lewis has a point, Wall Street fraud dwarfs most of what happens in government. But it’s not like government is immune either, especially at the contracting level. Stuff like procurement fraud bleeds taxpayer money in ways most people never hear about, even if it doesn’t grab headlines the same way Wall Street scandals do.
