Democratic Primaries
In reply to the discussion: Are Biden's falling polling numbers due to the Pandemic? [View all]TexasTowelie

I see absolutely no benefit of a campaign that asks for donations when it is no longer possible for the candidate to win the nomination.
If Bernie's campaign is in debt after paying all of the bills, then Bernie can ask for assistance from the party at the convention to retire the debt. I recall that there was a similar situation with Hillary paying all of her debts after 2008 and Democrats stepped up to help. Bernie would likely be the benefit of such generosity if he withdrew gracefully rather than fighting a revolution that will never occur.

The only numbers that matter are primary election results and Sanders decisively lost.

What is the point of this OP other than to undermine the presumptive nominee?

If you only want to see pro-Biden posts, isn't that the whole purpose of the Biden 2020 group? nt
