"opportunities for investment". We have this situation also, here in the Dominican Republic, the Ambassador here is a woman named Robin Bernstein, a Trump pal from Mar-a-Lago who barely speaks Spanish, and she is hardly ever in the offices... She is usually found in places like Samana, Punta Cana, etc., most likely looking for "opportunities for investment" for the Orange Turd.
