Martin O'Malley has experience with working on immigration reform in a way that other candidates do not.

It is one thing to vote in the senate for immigration reform, it is entirely different to be a governor and work to get this passed in a state.

Like LGBT issues, too many people elected as a house member or a senator are too willing to say issues like this should be left to the states. You know the old canard: 'Let the States decide'

Maryland, under the guidance of O'Malley has proven he can get things done.
