big landowners rich. The labor in the fracking business is temporary and comes from out of state. One thing though
the claim was that industries would come when the kracker plant goes on line in Beaver county PA. There is also
a kracker plant in planning for Belmont county Ohio but this has gone on for at least 5 years and no decision on
building it. Myself I don't think they will ever build it.
