Does any one use the Dexcom G7 Continious Gluclose Monitor here? [View all]

I have found that with my accu-check Guide Me finger prick meter the Dexcom CGM is 60 to 100 units higher. I may just dump the Dexcom meter. If my glucose is 90 and the Dexcom is 180 I may overdose on insulin and have a low blood sugar event. Thanks for any input.
