permits any branch of the federal government to outsource its powers and consequently the sovereignty of the United States. These trade arrangements aren't even legally binding treaties. They're just some damn thing called executive-congressional agreements, which means they are not the highest law of the land and can be ratified or nullified by a simple majority vote. We must get rid of the gerrymandered, corporatist traitors in congress, and on the Supreme Court, or we're all dead.
