THIS is it.

Social Security & Medicare preserved intact, and/or expanded with no cuts,
the ONLY SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE BEING to RAISE THE CAP, to make up for
any "short-falls" down the road.

WHY ISN'T DEMOCRATIC UNDERGROUND GOING ON RECORD AS OPPOSED TO
THESE CUTS?
