BP2 tips and information [View all]

Please post any information and tips regarding living with bipolar type 2.
I have struggled for 35 years with what I thought was clinical depression and anxiety.
A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with BP2.
Anyone have any tips or resources that they can share?
