I don't see a memory loss or dementia thread, but I have some interesting information to share. [View all]

I started taking lutein and zeaxanthin for eye health about two months ago. It was recommended to me by my optometrist. Within a week I started noticing that I was not searching for my words as much, almost as if a veil had lifted. Since the only change in my life was the addition of the L and Z, I googled them and was astounded to find many articles on the recent studies regarding L and Z and memory loss. Apparently I’m not the only one noticing this marvelous side effect. Today two months later I hardly ever have to search for my words and I’m truly delighted. The bottle of 300 capsules 20 mg. cost under $20 on Amazon and the dose is one cap daily.

I thought this was worth a share!
