Is there a site where you can list symptoms and get a dx for mental health? [View all]

I have been trying to dx my older brother for years and 'would love to try to find out just what is wrong with him.

P.S. I think if I knew what was wrong it would help me understand him. He lives like a hermit in the dark, very anti social, with the window shades taped shut. Who does this?
