The tax cheats to get as much jail time as permitted under the law, but we all know that won't happen. At best, there will be two low to lower mid-level tax cheats that will be sacrificial lambs to show that the US government took this seriously, while the major players will just move on to the next tax haven and life will go on as normal for them.
