53. It has nothing to do with banks rigging markets, becoming felons, and no one going to jail?

Some are the same banks that got bailed out in the great crisis while a great many Americans lost their homes.

And it wasn't just one time that these banks have been caught violating the laws. Many are multiple repeat offenders.
