By which I mean 'flawed'. As in, even those who claimed to support Hillary had to qualify their support by acknowledging she was 'flawed'. As if every male candidate who had run before her wasn't flawed. As if the male candidate running against her, the most vulgar lowlife ever to sully the presidential election stage, wasn't so vile that pointing out Hillary's 'flaws' wasn't entirely beside the point.

Yes the sexism was toxic and it came from both the right, and I'm sorry to say, the left too. We saw what women have to tolerate daily in the workplace writ large on the national stage. And in the end, the smart compassionate prepared woman got passed over in favor of the unprepared vulgar loudmouth male for the job. It was absolutely depressing to witness.
