I checked about a dozen names at random, and all were attorneys. As for your second point, I am not a lawyer, so am going to assume they know more than we do about that. This is not your average situation, either. Do we just sit around twiddling our thumbs and let our country go to hell in a handbasket (of deplorables)? I think we do any and every thing we can think of to prevent that from happening, no matter how much of a longshot it may seem. Nothing else really matters.
