People seem to put The Palmer Repot on equal footing with actual news sources, when it is really just a person who collects stories from other news sites and draws conclusions based on them (sometimes specious ones, in my opinion) and shares them as if they are facts.
In terms of Jill Stein and the funding, she had raised close to 7 million dollars. Assuming she spend $3 million on Wisconsin, that still leaves enough to cover the $1 million in PA that she declined to pay.
To be honest, I am dubious of her motives for a variety of reasons, not the least of which being that she actively and aggressively worked to do everything in her power to try to stop Hillary Clinton from becoming president, even knowing that this was the alternative. I am also annoyed with her continued constant haranguing and insulting of Democrats, while as the same time taking their money.
In any case, with respect to Bill Palmer, I am sure he occasionally digs up accurate info, but I would consider him as reliable a source as any random DUer or poster on another message board.
