I was thinking it was the DoJ that had intervened in Ohio, but instead
it was Prez. Obama's campaign, acting in concert with the Ohio Democratic
Party who challenged the "no early voting" law.

So technically you are correct in saying that it wasn't Holder who
prosecuted this case, but rather Obama's campaign attorneys.

I share your dislike of Holder btw.

Personally, I think Holder has spent way too much energy, time and
federal resources ruining otherwise perfectly good people's lives, who
participate somehow in a state-voter-approved Medical Marijuana
program.
